Three challenges, one account

Pick the challenge that matches where you are now.

Every track is free, takes about three minutes and gives you something you can use this week. Add more roles whenever you like.

How it works

Three minutes in, one clear next step out.

Step 1

Create your free account

One MPS account for every role you play. No card, and no paid trial starts behind your back.

Step 2

Take your 3-minute check

Eight honest questions per role. The score is worked out from your answers, so it never changes on a re-run.

Step 3

Get your focus and weekly mission

See your weakest area, one practical action for this week, and a history that shows what actually moved.

A real result

You get an answer, not a personality quiz.

Every check is scored from your own answers, so the same answers always give the same score. Your result names the weakest of four areas and gives you the action for it.

  • A score across the four areas that decide your next step
  • The one area to work on first, named plainly
  • One practical mission each week — not another reading list

Self-assessment only. We never use free scores to rank applicants or make automated employment decisions.

Focus this week

Pipeline & follow-through

Your profile is strong, but too few well-matched applications are leaving your desk each week.

Self-assessment indicators only — never a rating of you as a candidate or an automated hiring decision.

Free vs paid

Free stays free. Paid tools do the heavy lifting.

The Lab shows you where to focus. Paid MPS modules are where the matching, documents and pipelines live.
