How an invitation works

  1. 1You create a workspace and say what it is for.
  2. 2You invite someone by email and choose their role.
  3. 3They see the purpose, their role and who invited them, then accept or decline.
  4. 4You share items and request approvals. Everything is logged.

Clear roles, private by default

Owner, Admin, Editor, Contributor, Reviewer, Viewer and Guest roles decide who can read, comment, edit, invite or approve. Your private MPS Brain data is never shared unless you choose to share it.

Questions about MPS Connect

Does someone need a paid plan to accept an invitation?

No. Anyone you invite can view and respond to a workspace they are invited to without paying.

What can people in my workspace see?

Only the items shared in that workspace. Your private MPS data, other workspaces and billing stay private.

Can I remove someone or end a workspace?

Yes. Owners and admins can remove members, revoke invitations and archive a workspace at any time.
