Look for One Pitch Each At-Bat
Don’t try to cover everything. Decide if you’re sitting on:

If the pitch you expect doesn't show up, don’t swing. Patience leads to more hard contact and more walks.
Turn Off Swing Feedback During Live Games (Optional)
Some new players fixate on feedback mid-at-bat. Instead, focus on reading pitches. Review feedback after each inning instead of after every swing.
